Precision Technology of Blytheville started in 2015 in the former PreTech Inc, II building. Nick and Heather Ross came to Blytheville and visited the facility after its closing and saw an opportunity to reopen it and continue to provide support to the Steel Mill Industry similar to what the Davis family had provided since 1995.

In 2015 Nick left his employed company, where he was a machinist, and dove into establishing Precison Technology of Blytheville. Both him and Heather started visiting the local steel mills and surrounding business introducing themselves and sharing what the future business structure would look like. They wanted former and potential new customers to know that the convenient location was going to stay, and the same services were going to be provided, but with the latest technology and with newer equipment.

Nick Ross got his start in the machining industry when he joined and honorably served in the United States Marine Corp. He received his first machining certificate through the Marine Corps. He did one tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom where he provided machining support to the troops in battle. After his honorable discharge, he attended Black River Technical College and graduated with another Technical Certification in Machining. Throughout his career he has always had the desire to own his own business. He spent 2 years researching, speaking with business mentors, and planning the structure of Precison Technology of Blytheville before taking the plunge in opening his own place. He is constantly growing and changing to keep up with what is resourceful in the field of machining. He values being honest with his customers and always being available to help them in any way possible.

Heather Ross received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and minor in Marketing from Arkansas State University.
